1. How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders within 1 business day. Delivery time is typically 2-4 business days . Please note that slight delays may occur depending on the destination and logistics partner. However, we can say that this has not occurred yet.
2. What are the shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate of €4.95. This means that no matter how much you order, we don't charge any additional fees.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your delivery at any time.
6. What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made?
If you are not home when the delivery is made, the courier will attempt to leave the package in a safe place or make another delivery attempt. You can also specify a preferred delivery date when you receive a shipping notification.
3. Where do you ship to?
We ship to Germany, Austria and the Netherlands .
4. Will my plant be packaged securely?
Yes! We package your plant with the utmost care. Your order will be shipped in a specially designed box for houseplants, featuring a protective cover and secured plants to ensure everything arrives safely and undamaged.
5. Do you also offer express shipping?
We do not currently offer express shipping, but we will endeavor to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
